  1. Preparation stage: The operator presses the "Up" button, and the hydraulic system activates, raising the emulsifier head. The raw materials are then placed into the main pot.
  2. Processing stage: Press the "Down" button, and the hydraulic system will smoothly lower the emulsifying head to the predetermined working position inside the pot. First, start the slow stirring paddle for pre-mixing and wall scraping, then start the high-speed homogenizerhead for fine emulsification. During the process, the temperature can be controlled by electric heating or jacket cooling.
  3. Discharge and Cleaning Phase: After emulsification is completed, stop all stirring. Press the "Upward" button to raise the emulsification head to a sufficient height, and then proceed. Carry out the discharge process. The large lifting stroke provides great convenience for the thorough cleaning of the pot body.
