1. Check the problem of the equipment itself to determine whether the ball valve in the filling machine is damaged or loose. If it is the cause of the internal ball valve, the solution is to replace the internal ball valve. If the internal ball valve is damaged, there is no way to repair it.
2. Check whether the syringe assembly is clean. If it is not clean, it will cause unclean blockage between the inner and outer tubes. Therefore, the syringe should be removed, cleaned, and the sterilization box should be maintained.
3. Check whether the filling nozzle is safe. If the filling nozzle is damaged, the filling machine will leak during operation. Replace the damaged feeding nozzle. Check whether other feeding nozzles are used, cluttered or corroded, and replace them as soon as possible.
4. Check whether the O-ring is corroded or worn. If the O-ring is corroded or worn, it will also cause the filling machine to drip. Therefore, in this case, it is recommended to replace the O-ring.
5. Check the barrel position. Make sure that the oil cylinder is in the middle support position of the oil cylinder, and check whether the piston and the piston rod of the oil cylinder are firm. If it is loose, please lock it. If the fault location of the cylinder changes, you need to reinstall the cylinder and confirm the correct location.
Although the dripping problem of the filling machine is not big, if the dripping problem is not solved, it may affect the efficiency and quality of our follow-up work. Therefore, we should pay more attention to its dripping problem and repair the problem in time, thereby improving the service life of the filling machine , the quality of the produced products will also be improved.
