Principle

1. Used for filling, stoppering and capping for 30-500ml glass or plastic bottles.(in any shape)

2. Adopt linear filling, mechanical stoppering, cap putting and capping/screw-capping.

3. Easy operation, convenient maintenance, small footprint, and can be connected to other equipments to compose production line.

4. The machine is used for different kinds of round bottles and bottle in irregular shape in food, pharmacy and chemical industry.

5. VFD is used to adjust the working speed freely. Filling system: piston plug, peristaltic pump and servo system are optional.

6. Cap-screwing system can be used for caps of different sizes. Both screwing speed and torque force could be adjusted.

7. It can be equipped with a protecting cover and a checking-drop installation according to client’s requirement.

8. It has the advantage of high-level automation degree, high-rate of finished products, good adaptability and stability which is popular among users.

9. The advantage of the machine is easy operating and saving labor and room.

10. The glue filling machine is designed according to GMP requirements, which is made of stainless steel under the internatioal of SUS316L, SUS304.

11. No bottle, no filling. This machine is simple operation, saving merits of human, not consumption field, etc.
