Introduction:

The pneumatic high shear dispersing emulsifier is the high performance equipment used for continuous production and circular processing of fine materials. Inside the narrow space of its chamber, it is assembled with 1-3 groups of dual -geared stators and rotors of multi layer. The materials are sucked into the chamber by the strong axial suction produced by fast-turning rotor driven by the motor. Within the shortest time, the materials will be produced by the operation of dispersion, shearing and emulsification, after which the size distribution will be within a narrow range, and the finished products will be fine and stable for a long period.

Hydraulic Lifting High Shear:

The machine has wide viscosity adaptability range. The blending, dispersing and emulsifying are completed simultaneously. The blender adopts pneumatic or hydraulic rising and falling.

Application:
